The Thule VeloSpace XT 3 is a versatile tow-bar mounted 3 bike carrier suitable for taking a range of different bike styles from e-bikes and Fat bikes to kids bikes thanks to its high load capacity.
Offering a carrier with minimal lifting required to load and unload bikes, the Velospace XT 3 is easy to use. Thule also makes a loading ramp which will completely remove the need to lift your bike. It still allows access to the boot with bikes loaded thanks to its tilt pedal function.
Thule gave the Velospace XT range a simple-to-use tow-bar mounting system with easy mounting and adjustment of the bike rack, before closing the tightening handle. Thanks to the tow-bar coupling’s initial stability which helps for quick tow-bar coupling. You can adjust the coupling before closing the easy to get to side mounted handle and locking the carrier on to your tow ball.
Securing your bikes to the Velospace XT couldn't be easier thanks to its frame mounting detachable bike arms with Thule AcuTight torque limiter knobs, these click when optimal torque is reached. To secure your bike wheels Thule have given the Velospace XT 3 pump action buckles with extra long wheel straps, these allow for up to 4.7" wheels (perfect for Fat Bikes).
With the addition of the Thule VeloSpace XT Bike Adapter (sold separately), you can make the Velospace XT 3 into a 4 bike Tow-bar mounted carrier.
When not in use, the Thule VeloSpace XT 3 is foldable, allowing it to be stowed in the boot of your car.
